Returns & Refund

We allow customers to cancel orders before products are shipped. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order for you.
We accept product returns. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and reviewed. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment method, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Delayed or lost refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
