The High Performance Bullet Proof Material - Unidirectional Sheet (or call UD) is made from several layers of the UHMW PE fiber (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber). All the fibers direction in each layer at 90° to the adjacent layers fibers and all the fibers are laid paralleled in the same plain. The unidirectional sheet's anti-ballistic performance is higher than other conventional woven fabrics because the energy transferred from the bullet/ballistic threat to be distributed along the fibers very quick.
So, it's a very lightweight one and has high level anti-ballistic performance for both personal and vehicle protection.

VI. NIJ proficiency test results
All Tophelmetfan products are tested to NIJ standards. Because we take your protection so seriously, we also do our own testing. Each helmet from each batch is manually quality checked and one helmet is randomly selected for field testing. If we don't trust it, we won't sell it.
